14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the shipping.
